Mountain View Barn and Crossings Winery are proud to present a Five- Course Wine Pairing Dinner on Friday, April 1, 2016. Jill De Vries of Crossings Winery and Chef Kris Henson of the Mountain View Barn have collaborated together to prepare the perfect of wine and food for your culinary pleasure.  Live Music by local Musician Patrick Crozier of Jerome, Folk/Country/Rock.

Crossings Winery 

Established in 1988 Crossings is one of Idaho’s oldest wineries and remains locally owned.  Their grapes enjoy Idaho’s warm days and cool nights in rich soil deposited by ancient lakes and volcanic eruptions. Using grapes from their own estates and other renowned area vineyards, Winemaker Neil Glancey produces his intrinsically Idaho bold reds and crisp white wines.

Chef Kris Henson

Kris comes back to his roots in Idaho bringing his extensive culinary background to the Mountain View Barn. He graduated from the International Air and Hospitality Academy in Vancouver, WA and has spent the last 10 years in the culinary world.
