Set forth below is the price for use of the Event Space and the other services and items to be provided by MVB for the Event

| Exclusive Friday and Saturday $4500.00. ($500 refundable deposit) This includes rental of MVB property, 11:00 AM Friday to 12:00 AM Sunday and the rental of house from noon Friday to 12:00 AM Sunday. |
| Saturday Wedding & Reception: $3500.00 ($500 refundable deposit) Saturday hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM |
