Wedding and Quinceaneras
| Exclusive Friday and Saturday $4500.00. ($500 refundable deposit) This includes rental of MVB property, 11:00 AM Friday to 12:00 AM Sunday and the rental of house from noon Friday to 12:00 AM Sunday. |
| Saturday Wedding & Reception: $3500.00 ($500 refundable deposit) Saturday hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM |
| Friday Wedding & Reception: $3500.000 ($500 refundable deposit) Friday hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM |
| Sunday – Thursday Wedding & Reception: $3000.00 ($500 refundable deposit) Sunday hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM |

| A $500 refundable cleaning/security deposit is required. Deductions may apply for extra cleaning or damages. Refunded within 7 days after the event. |
